Technique for manufacturing glass craft by using gypsum mold
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a glass craft by using a gypsum mold, which comprises the following steps: a. designing and shaping the appearance required by the glass craft, and making the mold by using silica gel; b. preparing gypsum according to the following components in percentage by weight: 50-70% of quartz sand, 7-15% of epoxy resin, 4-7% of rosin, 10-13% of carbon fiber, 7-10% of polyurethane and the balance of lanolin magnesium soap; c. by using the silica gel mold in the step a as the template, manufacturing the gypsum mold by using the gypsum in the step b; d. after the gypsum mold is dried and formed, taking the silica gel mold out of the gypsum mold; e. spraying a mold release agent or parting compound in the cavity of the gypsum mold; f. pouring molten glass into the cavity of the gypsum mold; g. putting the gypsum mold with molten glass in the step e into a furnace, and calcining at 800 DEG C for 1 hour; h. cooling to room temperature, and discharging; and i. carrying out mold release.
