The invention discloses a process for improving the mixing amount of mining ore-dressing scrap waste rocks in cement. The process comprises the following steps: matching the mining ore-dressing scrap waste rocks including 14.9 parts of the sandstone, 4.0 parts of the iron powder and 102 parts of the crude material with 83.5 parts of the limestone; and in proportion, mixing and stirring the mining ore-dressing scrap waste rocks and the limestone by using a hooking machine or a loading machine in a mining area, and then feeding into a grinder to prepare cement. The process for improving the mixing amount of the mining ore-dressing scrap waste rocks in the cement, disclosed by the invention, can overcome the defects that the cement quality is unstable, the cost is high, the economical benefit is poor and the like in the prior art, so that the advantages that the cement quality is stable, the cost is low and the economic benefit is good are realized.
