Burn-free siliceous shale aggregate composite bonded concrete provided by the invention adopts burn-free siliceous shale coarse and fine particles as aggregate, fine sand as a filling material, cement and formic acid or caustic soda and borax as a composite bonding material, metakaolin and coal ash as compacting agents, drinking water and an auxiliary agent polycarboxylic acid that is a high range water-reducing admixture, and is prepared by composite bonding and hardening. Accordingly, the burn-free siliceous shale aggregate composite bonded concrete is a supplement for the common concrete. The production cost of the composite bonded concrete is 8% lower than that of the common concrete. The composite bonded concrete has good elastic properties in material science, can effectively prevent damage to agricultural implements and tools, and is particularly suitable as concrete for construction of irrigation and water conservancy and country road, house repair, environment renovation, and the like. For areas without natural sandstone resources and having shale resources, the composite bonded concrete is convenient in material drawing and low in cost.
