High-strength special concrete-filled steel tube
The invention relates to a high-strength special concrete-filled steel tube. The high-strength special concrete-filled steel tube is prepared from the following raw materials: 440-490Kg/m<3> of cement, 80-120Kg/m<3> of an admixture, 724-764Kg/m<3> of a fine aggregate, 850-893Kg/m<3> of a coarse aggregate, 35-54Kg/m<3> of an additive A, 12.5-18.5Kg/m<3> of an additive B and 150-183Kg/m<3> of water, wherein the percentage of sand is 45-47%, and the water-binder ratio is 0.33-0.35. Due to the addition of the additive A, the confining composite effect of the concrete-filled steel tube is improved, and the bearing capacity of the concrete-filled steel tube is hereby improved greatly. Because the additive B is added in the process of producing the concrete-filled steel tube, the mixture of the concrete-filled steel tube has self-compacting performance. The strength of the concrete-filled steel tube is above the grade C65, the compressive strength reaches 61.0-63.0Mp after 7 days, the compressive strength reaches 73.5-75.5Mp after 28 days, the compressive strength reaches 63.2-66.2Mp after maintenance with a film for 7 days, and the compressive strength reaches 79.3-81.3Mp after maintenance with a film for 28 days.
