The invention relates to environment-friendly and sound-absorbing building concrete. The building concrete contains cement, wherein every 100kg of the cement is mixed with the environment-friendly and sound-absorbing building concrete; the building concrete contains cement, and is characterized in that in terms of 100kg of cement, 8-10kg of magnesium silicate particles, 10-15kg of ceramide, 15-20kg of calcium sulfate particles, 1-2kg of stannous chloride, 1-2kg of zirconium oxide, 1-2kg of maleic anhydride and 1-2kg of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber are mixed. After being made into a sound-absorbing sheet, the environment-friendly and sound-absorbing building concrete disclosed by the invention is excellent in sound-absorbing property, and a sound-absorbing coefficient can reach 0.90-0.95; and the building concrete is easy to manufacture, convenient to construct, free from problem of environmental pollution and relatively low in cost.
