The invention discloses an anti-radiation insulating building block which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of coal ash, 75-100 parts of light calcium carbonate, 40-50 parts of cement, 20-24 parts of bamboo charcoal, 17-25 parts of ceramsite, 12-17 parts of polypropylene fibers, 10-14 parts of polyester fibers, 7-10 parts of desulfurized fly ash, 2-4 parts of rubber and 0.2-4 parts of aluminum powder. According to the anti-radiation insulating building block disclosed by the invention, the heat conductivity coefficient is less than 0.04W/(m.k) and the insulating property is extremely good, and meanwhile, the anti-radiation insulating building block can be used for effectively shielding various rays, and excluding damage of invisible pollution on a human body.
