The invention discloses dry-mixed wear-resistant ground mortar and a preparation method thereof. The dry-mixed wear-resistant ground mortar comprises 15-25 parts by weight of cement, 10-15 parts by weigh of fly ash, 5-8 parts by weight of steel slag, 100 parts by weight of river sand, 3-6 parts by weigh of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 4-7 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene copolymer, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of a water reducer, 0.5-0.8 part by weight of an early strength agent and 1-3 parts by weight of calcium nitrite. The dry-mixed wear-resistant ground mortar provided by the invention has excellent compressive strength, flexural strength and wear resistance.
