The invention relates to a diatom ooze spray coating which consists of the following components: 18-22kg of kieselguhr, 80-90kg of water, 23-27kg of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.8-1.2kg of negative oxygen ions and 0.8-1.2kg of nano titanium dioxide. A construction method of diatom ooze comprises the following steps: at the construction site, stirring the raw materials in a water mixer for 10 minutes according to a weight ratio; constructing the mixture; after the mixed diatom ooze is dried on the surface of a wall, spraying the nano titanium dioxide onto the constructed wall according to a weight ratio; and drying for 40-45 hours to obtain a product. The diatom ooze spray coating provided by the invention can purify indoor air, does not generate poisonous gas and is easily sprayed to form various patterns.
