Wear-resisting concrete doped with nickel slags
The invention provides wear-resisting concrete doped with nickel slags. The wear-resisting concrete comprises the following components by weight: 270-420g of cement, 20-50g of nickel slag powder, 35-75g of coal ash, 150-190g of water, 250-500g of nickel slag fine aggregates, 210-440g of nickel slag coarse aggregates, 320-500g of sand, 740-1176g of stone and 1.8-9g of water reducing agents. Compared with common concrete, the concrete has good wear-resisting performance, the work performance of the concrete is good, and the anti-fracture strength and the compressive strength are high. Additionally, the nickel slags serving as the coarse and fine aggregates replace a part of natural gravels, the quantity of the natural gravels used for the concrete is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and therefore, the utilization rate of the nickel slags is improved and the energy and resources are saved. The concrete can be used for floors and road surfaces in building projects and can be also used for roads, road engineering and projects with a requirement for wear resistance, and accordingly the use range of the nickel slags is widened.
