Synchronous grouting method for rectangular shield construction and grouting slurries
The invention discloses a synchronous grouting method for rectangular shield construction. The method comprises the steps that grouting slurries are prepared by mixing dry powder including 40 percent by mass of complex portland cement, 50 percent by mass of kelp powder and 10 percent by mass of zeolite powder and swelling agents; a plurality of grouting holes are formed in a case of a rectangular shield; the grouting slurries are simultaneously injected between mounted pipe joints and a soil layer through the grouting holes; the grouting quantity and the grouting pressure of all grouting holes are controlled in the process of injecting the grouting slurries; a gap between the pipe joints and the soil layer is filled through the grouting slurries. Compared with the grouting slurries for an existing round shield, the grouting slurries for the rectangular shield are relatively high in fluidity and high in compressive strength; due to the gap between the pipe joints and the soil layer filled through the grouting slurries, the strength of the soil layer is enhanced, and surface deformation is avoided.
