The invention discloses a high-strength hydrophobic expanded perlite heat insulation plate. The high-strength hydrophobic expanded perlite heat insulation plate is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of expanded perlite, 45-49 parts of modified water glass, 1-2 parts of a curing agent and 0-3 parts of ultrafine active filler, wherein the modified water glass is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of span 60, 10-15 parts of tween 60, 20-30 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 45-55 parts of deionized water, 30-50 parts of alkali-resistant TRC flexible acrylic emulsion, 60-80 parts of water glass and 1-2 parts of a water glass reinforcing agent. Compared with the prior art, the modified perlite heat insulation plate prepared according to the invention has the advantages of low volume weight, high strength, good hydrophobicity, low heat conduction coefficient and the like, simultaneously has the fire resistance of A1 level which is absent in an organic heat insulation plate, is further convenient to mount and construct and suitable for exterior wall heat insulation systems of buildings, and can meet using requirements of existing roof and wall heat insulation systems.
