Low-cement-bonded casting material
The invention provides a low-cement-bonded casting material. The low-cement-bonded casting material is prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of bauxite aggregate, 15 parts of bauxite clinker, 9 parts of silica micropowder, 6 parts of alumina micro powder, 10 parts of calcium aluminate cement and 0.5 part of an additive. The low-cement-bonded casting material provided by the invention has the advantages that on the basis of low-cement casting materials and by scientific grain grading and the ratio of ultrafine powder and fine powder, the components of matrix are controlled; compared with the low-cement refractory casting material, the content of CaO in the low-cement casting material is less than 2.5%. The low-cement-bonded casting material has the beneficial effects that the normal-temperature and medium-high-temperature strength is high, and the stripping resistance, the wear resistance and erosion resistance of a lining body are improved.
