The invention discloses glass fiber autoclaved aerated concrete and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: A, performing first mixing of oleic acid, triethanolamine and water for preparing soluble oil; B, performing second mixing of an aluminum source, a foaming agent and water for preparing aluminum powder suspension; C, in the presence of a magnetic field with the magnetic field strength of 0.002-0.003T, performing third mixing of cement, lime, fly ash, gypsum, glass fiber, phenolic resin, red brick particles, Fe3O4 and water, then adding the soluble oil and the aluminum powder suspension for fourth mixing and casting, and aerating for preparing the glass fiber autoclaved aerated concrete; the aluminum source is aluminum powder or aluminum paste, and the foaming agent is one or more substance of nekal, peregal, saponin powder, paraffin soap and washing powder. A building material prepared from the fiber glass autoclaved aerated concrete has excellent mechanical strength, density and frost resistance.
