Double-layer transmutation glaze and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a double-layer transmutation glaze and a preparation method thereof. The double-layer transmutation glaze comprises a ground glaze and a cover glaze, wherein the mass ratio of the ground glaze to the cover glaze is 1: (1-1.1); the ground glaze comprises the following components in parts by weight: 38-42 parts of feldspar, 7-9 parts of dolomite, 9-11 parts of quartz, 9-11 parts of clay, 4-6 parts of barium carbonate, 9-11 parts of talcum, 7-9 parts of bentonite, 5-7 parts of iron oxide, 1-2 parts of manganese dioxide and 2-4 parts of rutile; and the cover glaze comprises the following components in parts by weight: 38-42 parts of feldspar, 28-32 parts of quartz, 9-11 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 7-9 parts of zinc oxide, 4-6 parts of clay, 5-7 parts of dolomite, 4-6 parts of talcum, 3-5 parts of titanium dioxide and 2-4 parts of zirconium silicate. When the double-layer transmutation glaze is prepared, the raw materials of the ground glaze and the cover glaze are mixed, ball-mixed and screened respectively, then prepared into glaze slurry respectively, further stirred and placed to obtain the ground glaze and the cover glaze; and the ground glaze is firstly applied on a green body, the cover glaze is further coated, and then the green body is fired in a kiln. The double-layer transmutation glaze prepared according to the invention is low in cost and simple in process; and furthermore, the glaze is wear-resistant, less prone to shedding, little in environmental pollution and wide in range of applications.
