The invention discloses a dust collection device of a sweeper. The dust collection device is arranged in the compartment of the sweeper; a dust box comprises a dust box base plate and a trash inlet formed in the dust box base plate; the trash inlet is communicated with a suction nozzle arranged at the bottom of the sweeper; a first filter screen is arranged at the top of the dust box; the exhaust inlet is formed above the filter screen; a drain pipe is arranged above the first filter screen; a plurality of drain holes are formed downwards in the drain pipe. According to the dust collection device of the sweeper, while air is extracted from a trash bin, trash dust in the trash bin is sucked in and prevented from being escaping to avoid secondary pollution; meanwhile, the air pressure in the dust box is reduced so that outside trash can be put into the dust box more easily; in addition, the trash holding capacity of the sweeper is improved and the dust collection efficiency is improved; dust suppressing water is drained via the drain pipe and can be recycled, and therefore, the utilization rate of the water is increased; furthermore, the base plate of the dust box can be inclined and is convenient for recovering the dust suppressing water and the trash and capable of meeting the actual work requirements.
