The invention discloses a flexible foundation energy dissipater structure. The flexible foundation energy dissipater structure solves the technical problem that, in the prior art, energy dissipation by bottom flow in the prior is large in work amount and high in cost, stilling pool flood discharge is unsafe and ski-jump energy dissipation flood discharge is high in atomization. The flexible foundation energy dissipater structure comprises a bottom plate, side walls, an overflow dam section and an auxiliary weir which enclose and form a stilling pool, wherein the overflow dam section is arranged in the upper-stream of the bottom plate; the auxiliary weir is arranged in the downstream of the bottom plate; the two side walls are arranged on the left and the right of the bottom plate respectively and inclined outwards; the bottom plate and the lower surfaces of the side wall are connected with shock absorbing layers through prestressed anchor cables. According to the flexible foundation energy dissipater structure, by means of the shock absorbing layers, a flexible foundation can be formed, and according to the shock absorbing and energy dissipating characteristics, consumption of impact pressure and pulsating pressure of high-speed water flow can be enhanced, so that under the condition of achieving identical energy dissipating effects, the volume of the stilling pool can be significantly reduced, and further the work amount and the work cost can be reduced. The flexible foundation energy dissipater structure is conductive to replacing a ski-jump energy dissipater with an energy dissipater by bottom flow and avoids damage caused by atomization during flood discharge.
