The invention relates to the technical field of formation of cement mixing piles and discloses a saline alkali muddy soil ground cement mixing pile construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, flattening a to-be-constructed field; S2, conveying a mixing pile machine to the to-be-constructed field, locating and aligning according to set pile positions and well connecting a slurry conveying pump; S3, starting the mixing pile machine and sinking and mixing for the first time; S4, guniting, elevating and mixing for the first time; S5, repeatedly sinking and mixing, namely sinking and mixing to pile bottoms, wherein the sinking speed of a drill bit is 0.3-0.6m/mine; S6, repeatedly guniting, elevating and mixing; S7, sinking and mixing for the third time; S8, elevating and mixing for the third time; and S9, closing the mixing pile machine, moving the complete machine to the specified pile position of the next pile, and repeating all of the previous operations, thereby achieving a next mixing pile. A twice-spraying and six-mixing construction method is adopted, so that use of cement resources is reduced and the construction cost is lowered.
