The invention provides a sink and pile-drawing machine with a thin film type hydraulic vibration exciter. The sink and pile-drawing machine comprises a balance weight, a pile clamping device, a hoisting device and the thin film type hydraulic vibration exciter, wherein the thin film type hydraulic vibration exciter comprises a thin film, a first rigid flat plate and a second rigid flat plate; the thin film is made of a flexible material; the first rigid flat plate and the second rigid flat plate are parallel to each other; the thin film is arranged between the first rigid flat plate and the second rigid flat plate; the thin film and the first rigid flat plate or the second rigid flat plate jointly form closed space for accommodating liquid; the first rigid flat plate or the second rigid flat plate is provided with a channel; the closed space is connected with a hydraulic source through the channel; liquid flow or air of which the direction can be changed periodically is discharged from the hydraulic source; the balance weight is fixed on the first rigid flat plate; the pile clamping device is fixed under the second rigid flat plate; and a pile is fixed with the pile clamping device. The sink and pile-drawing machine is small in size, light in eight, low in cost, large in vibratory force, high in frequency, low in energy consumption, free of leakage and free of abrasion; and the frequency and the amplitude of the sink and pile-drawing machine can be adjusted independently.
