The upper shell is at least provided with one concave connecting part and convex connecting parts matched with the concave connecting parts. The lower shell is in a cylinder or inverted cone shape. The foundation prefabricated member comprises at least one flat upper disc and cylindrical lower columns arranged at the lower portions of the flat upper discs. The lower columns are of a cylindrical or inverted cone structure. The foundation prefabricated member die and the prefabricated member have the advantages that the structure is simple, manufacturing is convenient, smooth arrangement of the foundation can be achieved through the prefabricated member, the foundation is stable after grouting, and wide application is facilitated.
