The manhole cover comprises a ring seat and a manhole cover body arranged in the ring seat, and is characterized in that a ventilation hole is formed in the center of the manhole cover; a handle rod is arranged on one side of the ventilation hole; one end of the handle rod is connected with a pull ring handle, and the other end of the handle rod is connected with a rotary shaft; the rotary shaft is arranged on the manhole cover body; an annular carrying surface is further provided with a reflective layer; a warning device which can be bounced and pressed down is arranged on the inner wall of the ring seat and comprises a fixed seat; the fixed seat comprises a back plate, lug plates arranged on two sides of the back plate, and a fixed shaft which is fixedly arranged between the two lug plates; the fixed shaft is sleeved by a supporting rod; an alarm module is arranged in the supporting rod; the lower end of the supporting rod is hinged to the fixed shaft; a reset spring is arranged on the fixed shaft; a warning board is arranged at the upper end of the supporting rod; the fixed seat is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the ring seat through the back plate.
