The invention relates to the technical field of digging equipment and especially relates to a shear type digging bucket. The shear type digging bucket comprises a bucket body, a bucket tooth and a lifting lug, wherein the bucket tooth and the lifting lug are respectively connected with the bottom and the top of the bucket body and a shear with a spring structure is arranged at the front end of the bucket tooth. The shear with the spring structure is arranged at the front end of the bucket tooth, so that a crossing shearing force is formed during a soil-digging process, the soil is conveniently broken, the shear is automatically clamped under an action of a spring after the shear is opened, and the soil-breaking efficiency is greatly increased.
