The invention provides an anti-blocking self-cleaning kitchen sink filter. The anti-blocking self-cleaning kitchen sink filter comprises a filter sleeve, a conversion device, an ultrasonic cleaning device and a lifting handle, wherein the filter sleeve comprises a first filter sleeve wall, a second filter sleeve wall, a first filter screen, a second filter screen, a first filter sleeve bottom and a second filter sleeve bottom; waste water and wastes can be subjected to classifying filtration through a first filter screen and the second filter screen provided with filtering pores with different pore diameters, and the filter sleeve bottoms, and the blockage phenomenon can be avoided; the ultrasonic cleaning device comprises a box body, an ultrasonic generator, a line protection pipe and a line, and can realize self-cleaning of the filter; and the conversion device can be used for converting a filter barrel between a working state and a cleaning state. The invention also provides a using method of the anti-blocking self-cleaning kitchen sink filter. The filter is adopted to prevent blockage, can be cleaned conveniently, and is sanitary and clean.
