The column cross bar connecting piece comprises a tubular body, the cross section of the tubular body is octagonal, the right end of the tubular body is the open end, the left end of the tubular body is the closed end, a connection block is arranged on the outside of the closed end of the tubular body, the right end of the connection block is fixedly connected with the outer surface on the left side of the closed end of the tubular body, a protrusion block is fixedly connected with the left end of the connection block, and the protrusion block is connected with the column body through a column cross bar connecting piece installation hole. By means of the column connected with the column bar connecting piece, the connection mode between the existing column and the cross bar is changed, and the guardrail is convenient and quick to install.
