The invention discloses an underground rotary garage and a center shaft thereof. The underground rotary garage is characterized in that the center shaft is a hollow shaft, and is fixed on a bearing column; a track or a running limiting device is arranged around the center shaft; circular loading platforms are connected through safety protection devices, and are uniformly arranged on the track or the running limiting device; the circular loading platforms arrive at a brake lifting area through a shortest path; the track or the running limiting device arranged around the center shaft is used for limiting the running paths of the circular loading platforms in order that the circular loading platforms can only rotate about the center shaft at a specified position; the circular loading platforms which are connected through the safety protection devices are combined into a firm circular ring body; the circular loading platforms in the circular ring body cannot move upwards, downwards, leftwards and rightwards, and can only rotate about the center shaft of the underground rotary garage stably and orderly.
