A rear lock cylinder of the electromechanical hybrid asynchronous-alarming anti-theft locking lock is completely disconnect from a connecting body and a front lock cylinder, the connecting body is hidden in an invisible hole, a rotary block and a locking column lock the front lock cylinder, the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder asynchronously rotate to give an alarm, and an electronic remote control device is installed in a power supply circuit of an electromagnet. The electromechanical hybrid asynchronous-alarming anti-theft locking lock integrates electromechanical interlocking invisibility, mechanical interlocking, invisibility, invisible connection between the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder and asynchronous alarming and enables a theft to be incapable of opening an interlocking device and turning the rear lock cylinder.
