A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention relates to a rotating window. The rotating window comprises a window frame, and a piece of glass mounted in the window frame; the window frame comprises an upper frame and a lower frame which are respectively arranged in the top and bottom; the piece of glass comprises an upper piece of glass which is tightly mounted into the upper window frame, and a lower piece of glass which is mounted into the lower window frame; the upper frame comprises a first upper side frame, a first right side frame, a first lower side frame and a first left side frame which are sequentially connected by an end-to-end manner; the upper end of the piece of lower glass is connected with the first lower side frame through a rotating mechanism; the lower piece of glass can lengthways rotate relative to the upper piece of glass under the effect of the rotating mechanism and can be limited in position through a limiting mechanism; lugs are laterally arranged at the second lower side frame of the lower window frame; chutes are respectively formed in two sides of the sidewall of the second lower side frame, opposite to the lugs; the chutes are inclined from two ends of the second lower side frame to the middle; sliding blocks which slide along the chutes are correspondingly respectively arranged at the lower ends of the second left side frame and the second right side frame; the sliding blocks are equipped with inclined surfaces which are in the direction same as the inclination direction of the chutes. The rotating window has the advantages that the lower piece of glass can lengthways rotate indoors or outdoors, so that the glass can be cleaned well.
