    The present invention relates to an additive for a cement composition, comprising a polycarbonic acid-based copolymer, and a cement composition containing the same, and more specifically, to: an additive for a cement composition, comprising a polycarbonic acid-based copolymer and/or a salt thereof, wherein polycarbonic acid-based copolymer is a copolymer of a monomer mixture comprising an alkoxy polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylate-based monomer, a (meth)acrylic acid-based monomer, a (meth)acrylate-based monomer and a polyoxyalkylene alkenyl ether sulfate salt; and a cement composition containing the same.
