A parking space magnetic fluid lock comprising a magnetic fluid locking apparatus (1), a lock plate (2), a housing (3), and a controller (4). The magnetic fluid locking apparatus (1) and the controller (4) are arranged within the housing (3). The lock plate (2) is connected to the magnetic fluid locking apparatus (1). The controller (4) is provided with control cables for connection to an electromagnetic coil (7), to an upper limiting electromagnetic lock (10), and to an upper limiting switch (11). The controller (4) is provided with a remote control (12) and a password signal receiver (13). The lock plate (2) of the parking space magnetic fluid lock locks a parking space. The upper limiting electromagnetic lock (10) locks the lock plate (2). The remote control (12) controls the opening and closing of the upper limiting electromagnetic lock (10) by utilizing an electronic password signal. The parking space magnetic fluid lock controls the lifting and lowering of the lock plate via the remote control, thus implementing automated locking and unlocking of the parking space.
