Machinable silica aerogel composite rigid thermal insulating tile and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a machinable silica aerogel composite rigid thermal insulating tile and a preparation method thereof. Silica aerogel and a rigid thermal insulating tile are subjected to hydrophobic dry processing after being compounded. The machinable silica aerogel composite rigid thermal insulating tile comprises the ingredient rigid thermal insulating tile, which is the rigid thermal insulating tile of a quartz fiber; the density of the rigid thermal insulating tile is 0.12-0.35g/cm<3>; and the molar ratio of the silica aerogel ingredients, namely the molar ratio of tetraethoxysilane to ethanol to deionized water to catalyst is 1 to (2-10) to (2-12) to (0-0.01). The silica aerogel composite rigid thermal insulating tile prepared by the method is high in porosity and small in aperture, and has a good blocking effect on solid heat transfer, air heat transfer and convection; the preparation method disclosed by the invention is scientific, reasonable, simple, feasible, and convenient to implement; and the prepared self-hydrophobic atmospheric silica aerogel composite rigid thermal insulating tile can be machined into a flat plate, a hood body and other complicated irregular parts.
