Multifunctional sand and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a multifunctional sand which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-92 parts of sand material, 1.5-6 parts of heat-insulation anti-water powder and 0.5-2 parts of fumed silica. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the multifunctional sand, which comprises the following steps: screening the sand material, and carrying out polymerization reaction: proportionally selecting the raw materials, adding all the components into a reaction kettle, clockwisely stirring at high speed for 5-10 minutes, counterclockwisely stirring for 5-10 minutes, and standing for 10-15 minutes to sufficiently perform the polymerization reaction; and discharging, naturally airing to room temperature, packaging, warehousing, and storing at room temperature. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the waterproof heat-insulation sand utilizes various natural materials and industrial wastes, changes wastes into valuable substances, and has the advantages of wide raw material sources, low raw material cost, excellent product performance and favorable waterproof and heat-insulation effects; and the preparation method is simple, and can adapt to mass continuous production.
