The invention discloses a calcium carbonate-aluminum oxide complexing agent which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-60% of calcium carbonate and 40-50% of aluminum oxide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the complexing agent. According to the calcium carbonate-aluminum oxide complexing agent, the fineness of the two raw materials is controlled, and the two raw materials are premixed to be combined sufficiently so as to generate certain binding effect, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of poor binding force caused by the use of the calcium carbonate single component when the complexing agent is in use afterwards.
