Modification method for fly ashes from circulating fluidized bed boiler and application of modified fly ashes
The invention relates to the technical field of modified utilization of waste gas resources, and particularly relates to a modification method for fly ashes from a circulating fluidized bed boiler and an application of the modified fly ashes. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out mixing treatment on basalt as an aggregate together with an excitant, and controlling the particle size of the aggregate basalt and the particle condition of the excitant, so that the basalt microscopically changes under the premise of presence of the excitant; adding fly ashes of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, controlling the amount of the basalt, the excitant and the fly ashes, and combining the control on the physicochemical environment in the mixing process, so that the basalt, the excitant and the fly ashes act with one another, the basalt aggregate is pulverized, and the reinforced component in the fly ashes is improved, thus the components in the fly ashes are improved and neutralized, and therefore, the quality of the fly ashes is improved. The modified fly ashes can be greatly applied to the field of buildings; and secondary pollution to the environment and the retreatment cost of the fly ashes are avoided.
