Silty soil roadbed solidifying agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a silty soil roadbed solidifying agent and a preparation method thereof. The silty soil roadbed solidifying agent comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the mass ratio of the three is (10-20):(90-80):(13-23); the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 55-65 parts of acrylate I, 20-30 parts of acrylate II, 4-6 parts of coupling agent, 5-15 parts of acid anhydride, 250-350 parts of solvent and 1-1.2 parts of initiator; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 208-416 parts of silicate and 36-72 parts of water; and the component C comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of resin and 2-3 parts of coupling agent. Compared with the prior art, the solidifying agent provided by the invention is non-toxic, high in stability, low in viscosity and moderate in solidification, and facilitates construction. Experiments and on-site construction prove that the solidifying agent has high penetrating power, favorable water resistance and strong binding power and can make the internal structure of the soil body more compact, thereby improving the overall strength of the roadbed.
