The invention relates to a perlite vitrified microsphere polyurethane composite thermal insulation material belonging to the field of building materials, the thermal insulation material can maintain original heat preservation effect, also improves fire resistance, increases strength, reduces water absorption property, and reduces production cost, the perlite vitrified microsphere polyurethane composite thermal insulation material production method is as follows: perlite vitrified microspheres and one substance of polyisocyanates and premixed polyol first are put into a blender for even stirring and mixing; the evenly-mixed material of the above step and the polyisocyanates or the premixed polyol are respectively poured into a sealed mold, the mold is vibrated slowly, in the sealed vibration process of the mold, air is gradually discharged outside, the formation of air bubbles is reduced, the polyisocyanates and the premixed polyol are fully foamed into polyurethane, finally the perlite vitrified microspheres are squeezed and bonded into a board; a product is separated from the mold, namely the perlite vitrified microsphere polyurethane composite thermal insulation material is obtained.
