A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention discloses a method for preparing an underground railway track acoustical board. The method for preparing the underground railway track acoustical board comprises the following steps: (1) weighing ceramsite, cement, fiber, a water reducing agent and mixing water, wherein the ceramsite accounts for 10% by weight, the water-cement weight ratio is 1:(0.1-0.3), and the mixing amount of the fiber is 0.1-0.5%; (2) uniformly mixing the ceramsite, the cement and the fiber, then adding the mixing water, finally adding the water reducing agent, and uniformly stirring; and (3) injecting the uniformly mixed material obtained in the step (2) into an acoustical board steel mould, and naturally curing for 28 days. The prepared underground railway track acoustical board has the advantages of reasonable composition, high strength and good effect.
