Production process of imitated-marble decoration board
The invention provides a production process of an imitated-marble decoration board. The decoration board is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30 to 45KG of 525 cements, 40 to 50KG of quartz sand, 20 to 25KG of coal ash, 18 to 23KG of quartz powder, 10 to 15KG of kaolin, 3 to 5KG of inorganic additive MFG, and 0.5 to 1KG of glass fibers. The production process has the advantages that the produced decoration board is suitable for various irregular surfaces; the weight is less than that of stone, namely, the weight is less than one fifth of natural stone; the decoration board is healthy, environmentally friendly and durable; the textures are lifelike and vivid, the expression is high, and artificial traces are nearly completely prevented; the production cost is low, and the decoration board is particularly suitable for being popularized to the ordinary consumers for use; the coal ash is used as the raw material, so that the existing waste can be converted into the raw material, and the environment protection and practicability are improved; the board produced by the process has the characteristics of nontoxicity, no deformation and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for various outer walls of buildings.
