Wet-mixing masonry mortar prepared by adopting stone chip and tailing sand
The invention relates to wet-mixing masonry mortar prepared by adopting stone chips and tailing sand. The wet-mixing masonry mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18-22 parts of cement, 6-8 parts of fly ash, 5-7 parts of mineral powder, 22-25 parts of water, 100-125 parts of the stone chips, 20-35 parts of the tailing sand and 1.5-2.0 parts of mortar additives, wherein the particle diameters of the stone chips are not more than 4.75 mm, and stone powder contained in the stone chips is 2%-3% by weight; the particle diameter of the tailing sand is not more than 2.36 mm, sludge contained in the tailing sand is 5%-10% by weight, and the fineness modulus is 1%-2%; and the mortar additives are thickness regulating agents and comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of sulfonic acid air entraining agent, 20-40 parts of fatty group water reducing agents, 2-6 parts of sodium gluconate, 2-4 parts of lignin fibers and 20-40 parts of sodium bentonite. The wet-mixing masonry mortar disclosed by the invention can be used for reducing the environmental pollution of waste stone chips and tailing sand and reducing the production cost of the mortar by substituting the stone chips and the tailing sand for machine-made sand and river sand.
