Silicate thermal insulation coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a silicate thermal insulation coating and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the coating field; the silicate thermal insulation coating comprises the following components by weight: 20-35 parts of sepiolite, 8-15 parts of diatomite, 20-30 parts of silicate cement, 20-35 parts of methyl cellulose, 3-8 parts of calcium oxide, 3-6 parts of sodium fluosilicate, 3-6 parts of sec-octyl alcohol, 1-5 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 10-30 parts of organosilicone resin, and 30-45 parts of distilled water. The silicate thermal insulation coating has the achieved beneficial effects that: (1) the thermal conductivity coefficient is low, and the thermal insulation effect is remarkable; (2) the silicate thermal insulation coating can be in comprehensive bonding with a base face, is strong in integrality, and is especially suitable for replacing a thermal insulation material to solve special-shape equipment thermal insulation which is difficultly solved by the thermal insulation material; (3) the silicate thermal insulation coating is light in mass and thin in layers, and relatively improves the residential use area when used in building internal thermal insulation; and (4) the silicate thermal insulation coating is good in flame retardancy and strong in environmental protection.
