Lightweight building block with high crack resistance
The invention discloses a lightweight building block with high crack resistance. The lightweight building block comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 100 parts of Portland cement, 55-60 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 15-20 parts of vermiculite, 15-20 parts of quartz sand, 10-13 parts of glass fiber cotton, 3-6 parts of aluminium powder and 1-5 parts of alkylbenzene sulfonate. According to the lightweight building block with high crack resistance, heat conductivity coefficient is less than 0.04 W/(m.k), and thermal insulation property is excellent. The lightweight building block is formed only by pressurization. In addition, the lightweight building block is light, and consumption of the raw materials is reduced effectively. Meanwhile, the thermal insulation building block of the application also has high crack resistance while it is guaranteed that the requirement of anti-pressure ability is met.
