The invention provides an indoor inorganic dry powder building coating which consists of a binder, a pigment, a filler and an additive, wherein the binder comprises an inorganic cementing material and redispersable rubber powder; the filler at least comprises kieselguhr and/or chalk soil. The indoor inorganic dry powder diatom ooze provided by the invention can be coated to form a thick decorative coating on the inner wall of a building, can reach the standard requirements of JC/T2177-2013 Decorative Diatom Ooze Wall Material, is free of generation of any harmful substances such as VOC, benzene, formaldehyde, heavy metals and the like, is excellent in environmental protection property, has the functions of adsorbing and degrading the formaldehyde, automatically regulating the humidity and the like, and is also excellent in water resistance and service life by utilizing the characteristics of the inorganic cementing material.
