A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The invention relates to a light high-strength ceramic tile. A manufacturing method for the light high-strength ceramic tile comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-9 parts of corundum, 10-16 parts of spinel, 3-6 parts of sugilite, 11-17 parts of mullite, 12-19 parts of quartz, 2-4 parts of refractory fibers, 8-13 parts of mica and 5-10 parts of shale, uniformly mixing the raw materials, crushing the raw materials, performing wet-process ball milling on the crushed raw materials for 5-7 hours, drying and enabling the raw materials to pass through a 300-meshsed sieve to obtain powder for later use; (2) feeding powder obtained in the step (1) into a molding machine for pressing and molding under 70MPa to obtain a tile green body; and (3) introducing the pressed tile green body into a kiln for burning, heating up to 1180 DEG C at a rate of 20 DEG C/min, preserving heat for 1 hour, cooling to 900 DEG C at the rate of 15 DEG C/min, preserving the heat for 30 minutes, heating to 1050 DEC at the rate of 10 DEG C/min, preserving the heat for 2 hours, and naturally cooling, thereby obtaining the light high-strength ceramic tile. The prepared light high-strength ceramic tile has density of 1.2-1.4g/cm<3> and rupture strength greater than 25MPa.
