NiCuZn ferrite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a NiCuZn ferrite material and a preparation method thereof. The NiCuZn ferrite material comprises a main component and additives, wherein the main component comprises Fe2O3, ZnO, CuO and NiO which respectively account for 48.5-50.0mol%, 20-25mol%, 10-12mol% and 15-19.5mol% of the main component; and the additives comprise Co2O3 and LiF, wherein Co2O3 accounts for 0.6-1.0wt% of the main component and LiF accounts for 0.1-0.5wt% of the main component. According to the NiCuZn ferrite material disclosed by the invention, at a frequency of 13.56MHz, higher magnetic conductivity, lower magnetic loss and higher quality factor and mu'*Q value, can be simultaneously achieved and the NiCuZn ferrite material meets the high requirement for NFC use.
