Preparation method of high-coercivity strontium-barium ferrite magnetic material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-coercivity strontium-barium ferrite magnetic material. The main raw materials of the magnetic material have the following atom proportion: Fe(12-b-c-d-e)Sr(1-a)BaaCabCecPdO19, wherein a is equal to 0.3-0.7, b is equal to 1-2, c is equal to 0.5-1, and d is equal to 0.5-1.5. The method comprises the following steps: (1) material preparation; (2) material mixing; (3) primary sintering and crushing; (4) blank preparation; and (5) secondary sintering. The prepared semi-hard magnetic material is prepared by adopting a proper material proportion and modified technology, and rare earth element Ce is added during the preparation so as to modify the material, so that the magnetic material has good coercivity.
