Online reaction connection method of ceramic blanks
The invention discloses an online reaction connection method of ceramic blanks. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing at least two ceramic blanks which are respectively made of a carbon-containing material; 2) preparing a binder; 3) connecting the at least two ceramic blanks into a complex through at least one connection surface, coating the binder between the connection surfaces of the ceramic blanks, and then solidifying; and 4) carrying out infiltration reaction on the solidified complex, so as to form a ceramic component. According to the connection method of the ceramic blanks disclosed by the invention, the procedure is simplified; and connection and densification of blank bodies can be simultaneously achieved by once reaction sintering, so that the cost can be reduced; the joint is consistent with a base metal in structure property; and the final material is good in accuracy and uniformity.
