Sandstone acoustic board for firewall of ultra-high-voltage substation and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a sandstone acoustic board for firewalls of an ultra-high-voltage substation and a manufacturing method thereof. The sandstone acoustic board is composed of natural sand. Natural sand is combined through a binder to form a whole body, and there are irregular mutually-connected pores among the natural sand. The manufacturing method of the sandstone acoustic board comprises the following steps: 1) the natural sand, the binder and a foaming agent are stirred and mixed uniformly; 2) the stirred mixture is poured into a mould, and the mixture tiled in the mould by vibration to form a board; 3) the board in the mould is maintained and the board is dried and hardened, and the foaming agent foams fully among natural sand to generate pores; and 4) mould stripping is carried out after the maintenance so as to obtain a finished product the sandstone acoustic board. The sandstone acoustic board has high low-frequency acoustical absorption coefficient, has no fibrous dust pollution problem and is applicable to a substation.
