Zero-filling black cotton soil subgrade treatment method
The invention provides a zero-filling black cotton soil subgrade treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1: excavating a subgrade: excavating black cotton soil with the depth being 80cm in a subgrade range; compacting and flattening the subgrade; step 2: after forming stable cracks on the bottom surface and the side face of a groove to be excavated, spraying a black cotton soil treatment curing agent; step 3: paving two layers of the black cotton soil treated by the black cotton soil treatment curing agent and having the thickness being 50cm, wherein the compaction degree is required to be not lower than 95% and the surface flatness does not exceed +/-5cm after the black cotton soil is compacted; step 4: paving 30cm of gravelly soil: paving and grinding the gravelly soil for one time, wherein the compaction degree is not lower than 95% and the surface flatness does not exceed +/-5cm after the black cotton soil is compacted; and step 5: building a gravel blind ditch and an edge ditch: arranging the gravel blind ditch at the lower part of the edge ditch. According to the method provided by the invention, an excavating surface is reinforced by spraying the black cotton soil treatment curing agent on the ground and the side face of an excavating pit slot of the black cotton soil subgrade; the refilling of the black cotton soil treated by the curing agent realizes the utilization of black cotton soil wastes; and the aims that the structure is stable and the environment is protected are realized.
