The invention relates to a reversible anti-dumping composite rubber seismic isolation support. The reversible anti-dumping composite rubber seismic isolation support comprises a rubber isolation support body, rotating half-grooves, a reversible upper connecting shaft plate, a damping material and a sliding surface material; the sliding surface material on the reversible upper connecting shaft plate is aligned to and tightly attached to the concave surfaces of the two rotating half-grooves together; the rotating half-grooves are fixed with the upper connecting plate of the rubber isolation support through bolts; the damping material is added to a clearance between the rotating half-grooves and the reversible upper connecting shaft plate; the reversible upper connecting shaft plate can freely rotate when the reversible anti-dumping composite rubber isolation support is subjected to a bending moment action; the damping material plays a role of dissipating energy; an outer convex flange of the reversible upper connecting shaft plate and inner convex flanges of the rotating half-grooves play a role of preventing the support from dumping. According to the reversible anti-dumping composite rubber seismic isolation support, the condition that the rubber isolation support is damaged because of the bearing of the bending moment is solved, the effects of seismic isolation and energy consumption of the rubber isolation support are sufficiently exerted, and the safety of the structure under the action of earthquake is ensured.
