The invention provides a shock resistant connecting structure of a reinforced concrete composite beam and steel pipe column and belongs to the field of industrial assembly-type construction structures. A steel pipe column joint is provided with a circular positioning connector; a beam-column connecting component comprises a beam end type steel connector and a column end type steel connector, the beam end type steel connector is correspondingly connected between an upper portion longitudinal reinforcing steel bar and lower portion longitudinal reinforcing steel bar of a precast reinforced concrete lower-portion beam reinforcement cage and is connected to the lower-portion beam integrally by pouring concrete; the column end type steel connector of the integrally-connected beam-column connecting component is connected to the circular positioning connector of the steel pipe column joint, concrete is poured to the upper-portion longitudinal reinforcing steel bar of the lower portion beam and the beam-column connecting component between the steel pipe column joint and the lower portion beam, and the integral connection of the composite beam and the steel pipe column is formed. According to the shock resistant connecting structure, the connection of a reinforced concrete structure and steel structure is replaced with the mature steel structure bolting and welding connection through the beam-column connecting component; the shock resistant connecting structure is safe and reliable, and the shock resistant requirements of 'strong column and weak beam' and 'strong joint and weak component' can be met.
