The invention discloses a PC outer hanging wall bottom adjusting component which comprises a first adjusting component, a second adjusting component, a limiting component and a support component, wherein the first adjusting component and the second adjusting component are arranged in parallel in sequence; the first adjusting component is used for adjusting the hanging perpendicularity of a PC outer hanging wall and used for fixing the PC outer hanging wall; the second adjusting component is used for adjusting the height of the outer hanging wall; the limiting component is used for limiting the first adjusting component; the support component is used for supporting the second adjusting component. By the adoption of the PC outer hanging wall bottom adjusting component, the construction difficulty can be alleviated, and the construction efficiency and the mounting precision are improved when being compared with those of a method that the hoisting precision of the PC outer hanging wall is adjusted by using a gasket.
