The invention discloses a mimic waterproof glass curtain wall which comprises glass, a keel, an aluminum auxiliary frame, an auxiliary frame pressure plate, a first fastening bolt and a structural adhesive, wherein the glass is adhered to the aluminum auxiliary frame through the structural adhesive, and is pressed on the keel; the first fastening bolt is connected with the keel in a fastening way after penetrating through the auxiliary frame pressure plate, and drives the auxiliary frame pressure plate to be tightly pressed on the aluminum auxiliary frame; an anti-falling part for preventing the glass from being stripped in case of failure of the structural adhesive is arranged on the keel; a mimic adhesive for covering the anti-falling part and extending to the surface of the glass is arranged on the anti-falling part. The wall curtain has the advantages of simple structure, attractive appearance and high safety and stability.
